Welcome to Cannes in this 66 sqm apartment. It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, the first with a trundle bed for 2 people, and the second with a double bed (140 cm). There is a recently renovated bathroom with a shower and separate toilets for added comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, a combined microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. It opens into a bright living area, including a lounge with a convertible sofa that can accommodate two additional guests, as well as a dining area. The 10 sqm balcony allows you to have meals outdoors with an unobstructed view. Two parking spaces complete this property in a closed garage.

This apartment is ideally located on a dynamic street where you will find numerous shops and grocery stores. The cycling path in front of the residence allows you to explore the coastline without taking the car. Bus stops on both sides of the street provide easy access to Cannes, Antibes, and Mandelieu.

The Rochers Beach is a 5-minute drive away. The Cannes la Bocca train station is a 5-minute drive away. It takes approximately 30 minutes by car to reach Nice Airport. You will be 11 minutes by car from the Croisette and the Cannes Palais des Festivals.

For your convenience, the property provides towels and bed linen at no extra cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly for family use. By making this reservation, you commit not to organize any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.

To ensure a smooth check-in, all check-ins are by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No check-in can take place after 11:00 PM. It must also be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

As for check-outs, they are also done by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early check-outs are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No check-out can take place before 6:00 AM. Arrivals will exceptionally be accepted only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be made on December 25th and January 1st.

As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel Manager with partner booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), a preauthorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure. If this preauthorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a fault on your part of the above-mentioned conditions. In that case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refund will be possible in this case.
