You can also enjoy a beautiful terrace with an exceptional sea view. The apartment is air-conditioned and has free wifi. Direct access to the beach and the center of Juan les Pins at the foot of the building. For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no extra charge. The booking of this accommodation is strictly dedicated to the family, by making this booking, you agree not to organize any festivities. It is important to note that the rental of this accommodation is prohibited to people under the age of 23. In order to be welcomed in the best conditions, all our check-ins are by appointment between 3pm and 8pm. As for our check-out, these are also made by appointment between 8am and 10am. A pre-authorization of €500 refunded seven days after departure will be requested a few days before your arrival.
