Victoria Studio close to the beach and festival palace

The Victoria Cannes Croisette residence is located just 1 minute's walk from the Croisette and 5 minutes from the Palais des Festivals, and 3 minutes' walk from the train station. This studio, renovated in October 2020, has a flat-screen TV and a small, equipped terrace.

Located on the 4th floor of the building, the studio includes a private bathroom with a washing machine and ironing facilities. It offers a view of the rue d'Antibes.

You can prepare meals in the kitchenette, which is equipped with a hob with extractor hood, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso-type coffee machine.

You will also have a refrigerator and dishes. You can have your meals in the main room or on the terrace, which offers a view of the rue d'Antibes.

On the Croisette or the rue d'Antibes, you will find many shops and restaurants.

For your convenience, the establishment provides towels and bed linen free of charge.

This accommodation is strictly reserved for families, and by booking you agree not to organize any festivities.

Please note that this accommodation is not available to people under the age of 23.

Check-in is by appointment only between 3pm and 8pm, and check-out is also by appointment only between 8am and 10am.

A pre-authorization of 500€, refundable seven days after departure, will be required upon arrival.
