The kitchen is open to the spacious living room and also to the dining room, both providing access to the terrace and the garden.

It is equipped with a cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a capsule coffee machine. It has everything you need for your stay.

You will have internet access throughout the property.

A gate provides access to the residence's park and the pool without the need to cross common areas. Another advantage of this residence is the direct and secure access to the beach through the park, thanks to a gate accessible only to residents with a Vigik key.

A private parking space for a small car completes this property. It is accessible by elevator from the apartment's landing.

This property is located in a quiet area near a cycling path that runs along a good part of the coast, allowing you to explore the entire coastline by bike.

You will also be close to a main road that gives you access to a supermarket as well as various shops and restaurants.

For your travels, you have the "Les Drapeaux" bus stop 6 minutes away on foot. The Villeneuve Loubet SNFC train station is a 6-minute drive away. Nice Cote d'Azur Airport is 15 minutes away by car.

You will be a 30-minute drive from Cannes and its famous Palais des Festivals.

For your convenience, the establishment provides towels and bed linen at no extra cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.

To ensure a smooth check-in, all check-ins are by appointment between 3 pm and 8 pm. Late arrivals are possible until 11 pm for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11 pm. It must also be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

As for check-outs, they are also done by appointment between 8 am and 10 am. Early departures are possible from 6 am for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departure can take place before 6 am.

Arrivals will be exceptionally accepted only between 1 pm and 4 pm on December 24 and January 31. However, no arrivals or departures will be made on December 25 and January 1.

As a professional agency with an API connection linked to our Channel manager with partner booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), a preauthorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure. If this preauthorization is not made 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a fault on your part of the above-mentioned conditions. In that case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refund will be possible in this case.
