For your comfort, the villa has two bathrooms with showers to allow you to refresh at any time of the day. The villa is also air-conditioned to guarantee a pleasant stay, even during hot days.
Enjoy the beautiful pool of the villa, without vis-à-vis, to relax and cool off. The barbecue is also available to allow you to prepare delicious meals outdoors and enjoy your evenings with family or friends.
Finally, the equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your own meals and savor delicious dishes in the privacy of the villa. We have thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible and make you feel at home.
The villa is ideally located in Théoule-sur-Mer, just a 10-minute walk from the charming port of La Figuerette. You can admire the boats, and maybe even organize a sea outing to explore the surroundings.
La Figuerette beach, on the other hand, is just a 5-minute walk from the villa. You can enjoy the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean and the sunshine on the warm sand.

The booking of this accommodation is strictly for family use, and by making this reservation, you agree not to organize any parties. Please note that this accommodation is not available to persons under the age of 23. To ensure the best possible welcome, all check-ins are by appointment only between 3pm and 8pm. As for departures, these are also by appointment only, between 8am and 10am. A pre-authorization of €1200, refunded seven days after departure, will be required a few days before your arrival
