The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds (160cm) and the apartment also has a second bathroom with double shower, and a second separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, including an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, wine cellar, and an espresso machine. The living room is a warm space with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a television to entertain you, and free wifi.

The location is ideal: the residence is 550 m from the beach and only 10 minutes on foot from the TGV and TER train station (towards Cannes or Nice). Downtown Juan and its lively streets is a 15-minute walk away and the charming old quarter of Antibes is a 25-minute walk away. For your convenience, towels and bed linen are provided without additional cost. Please note that this booking is strictly intended for families and parties or events are not permitted. It is also important to note that the rental of this accommodation is prohibited for persons under the age of 23. To ensure you are greeted under the best conditions, all check-ins are made by appointment between 3pm and 8pm. As for check-outs, these are also made by appointment between 8am and 10am. A pre-authorization of €500 refunded seven days after departure will be requested a few days before your arrival.
