The apartment is well designed to make the most of the 20 square meters of space, with a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed and also a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and a small terrace where you can enjoy your meals.

The apartment is located in a residence with a swimming pool, so you can take a refreshing dip and sunbathe in the privacy of the residence.

The beach is only 500 meters away, so you can easily walk there and enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. The famous Fort Carré is also nearby, at around 2 kilometers, and offers a stunning view of the bay and the old town.

For your convenience, towels and bed linen are provided without additional cost. Please note that this booking is strictly intended for families and parties or events are not permitted. It is also important to note that the rental of this accommodation is prohibited for persons under the age of 23. To ensure you are greeted under the best conditions, all check-ins are made by appointment between 3pm and 8pm. As for check-outs, these are also made by appointment between 8am and 10am. A pre-authorization of €500 refunded seven days after departure will be requested a few days before your arrival.
