With the rental of this property you are entitled to a private underground parking space. Access is for a city car with a height limit of 1.9m. Everything is within walking distance! Train station, beaches, shops and restaurants. For your convenience, the establishment provides towels and bed linen at no extra charge. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly dedicated to the family context, by making this reservation, you agree to not organize any festivities. It is important to note that the rental of this accommodation is prohibited to people under the age of 23. To ensure the best welcome, all our check-ins are by appointment between 3pm and 8pm. As for our check-outs, these are also by appointment between 8am and 10am. A preauthorization of €500 refunded seven days after departure will be requested a few days before your arrival.
