Inside the new Via Marenda residence, this apartment will delight you with its fully equipped kitchen, bright living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, a pretty bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a bathroom with a nice shower to relax in after a day at the beach. For your convenience, the property provides towels and bed linen free of charge. Booking this property is strictly for family use only, and by booking you agree not to hold any parties. It is important to note that this property is not available to people under the age of 23. To ensure a smooth arrival, all check-ins are by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-outs are also by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Late arrival after 8:00 PM or early departure before 8:00 AM is possible by appointment and with an additional charge. A 500€ pre-authorization will be requested before your arrival. It will of course be cancelled if you have caused no damage.
