This magnificent apartment is ideally located, a few steps from the sea while being close to all necessary amenities. Enjoy this superbly decorated accommodation, the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a beautiful television, the main room is also very bright thanks to its windows giving access to the spacious balcony on which you can enjoy your sunny days through the furniture in place. This large main room includes a modern kitchen with all the equipment necessary for preparing your meals. The bathroom is also fitted with a shower, a towel dryer and storage furniture. For added convenience, we provide towels and linens at no extra charge. This property is strictly for family use, by booking this property you agree not to organize any festivities and accept the neighborhood. It is important to note that the reservation of this property is not allowed for persons under the age of 23. To ensure a smooth check-in, all check-ins are by appointment between 3pm and 8pm. Check-outs are also by appointment between 8am and 10am. Late check-in after 8pm or early check-out before 8am is possible by appointment and with an additional fee. A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival through a pre-authorization on your credit card, which will be canceled after departure if no damage has been caused.
