Located in a green setting, the Residence consists of a 5-storey main building with an elevator and 6 small 2-storey buildings without an elevator. Comfortable and well-equipped, the 1st floor apartment is furnished (microwave/grill, washing machine, coffee maker, fridge, hob...), with a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom. The apartment has a furnished terrace. In the residence there is: - a fitness club, for rates please consult the Elyte Fitness Golfe Juan website. - a boules pitch - two outdoor table tennis tables. A few hundred meters away you will find supermarkets, a McDonald's and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beach is 300 m away. A boules pitch is 100 m from the residence. Transport: You can leave your car safely in the parking lot and use the public transport located in front of the residence to take you to Cannes and Antibes in 10 minutes. Golfe Juan is a seaside resort located on the Côte d'Azur between Antibes and Cannes. It has two marinas and also has beautiful sandy beaches. For your convenience, the property provides towels and linens free of charge. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly for families, by making this reservation you agree to not organize any festivities. It is important to note that the rental of this accommodation is prohibited to people under the age of 23. To be welcomed in the best conditions, all our check-ins are by appointment between 3pm and 8pm. As for our check-outs, they are also by appointment between 8am and 10am. A preauthorization of €500 returned seven days after departure will be requested a few days before your arrival.
