The secure apartment is right on the seafront on the 1st floor at Villa Neptune. It is completely renovated and furnished new and modern. There are two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, internet, air conditioning, television, bathroom, large balcony and garage. This beautiful 3-room apartment is ideally located, a stone's throw from the sea while being close to all necessary amenities. Enjoy this superbly furnished accommodation, the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed as well as a beautiful television, the main room is also very bright thanks to these window doors giving access to the spacious balcony on which you can enjoy your sunny days through the furniture put in place. This large main room includes a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment for preparing your meals. The bathroom is also fitted with a shower, a towel dryer and storage furniture. The first bedroom of this apartment includes a beautiful king size double bed for a comfortable night's sleep. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. For your convenience, we provide towels and bed linen at no extra charge. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly for the family setting, by making this reservation, you undertake to organize no festivities and accept the neighborhood. It is important to note that the booking of this accommodation is prohibited to people under the age of 23. In order to be welcomed in the best conditions, all our check-ins are by appointment between 3pm and 8pm. As for our departures, they are also by appointment between 8am and 10am. Late arrival after 8pm or early departure before 8am is possible by appointment and with an extra charge. A deposit must be placed through a pre-authorization of 500€ on your bank card which will be cancelled after the departure if you have not caused any damage.
