It has a large living room opening onto a large, furnished terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with fans, 1 bathroom with a shower, and separate toilet. Parking, free internet are provided. For added convenience, the property provides towels and bed linen at no additional charge. This rental is strictly for family use and by booking, you agree to not host any parties. It is important to note that this rental is not allowed for persons under the age of 23. To ensure a smooth check-in, all check-ins are by appointment between 3pm and 8pm, and check-outs are also by appointment between 8am and 10am. A pre-authorization of 500€, refunded 7 days after departure, will be required a few days before your arrival.
